TA Ops Advisor Overview:
The TA Operations Advisor serves as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders and recruiters across the U.S. Canada and National Practices. This role provides consultative support system guidance and process optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations. Acting as an essential extension of the TA team the TA Operations Advisor delivers datadriven insights ensures process efficiency and upholds compliance and governance in recruitment operations.
As a subject matter expert (SME) this individual will support Workday Recruiting Phenom CRM and other recruitment tools offering troubleshooting assistance reporting insights and guidance on best practices. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams including HRIS Marketing and Legal/HR Compliance to drive operational excellence in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Recruitment Data Management & Reporting:
Generate and analyze TA reports to provide meaningful insights for the Talent Acquisition team.
Monitor key recruitment and compliance metrics identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
Track the utilization of TArelated platforms (e.g. Phenom LinkedIn) and provide recommendations for optimization.
2 Workday Help Desk Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for level 1 inquiries related to Workday Recruiting Phenom CRM background check vendors and recruitment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues escalating complex cases as needed.
Manage the Workday Help inbox ensuring timely responses to recruiter inquiries regarding system functionality compliance and best practices.
3 Governance and Compliance Support:
Assist in ensuring recruitment activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
Support recruiters in navigating recruitment processes while maintaining compliance with established guidelines.
Assist with audits and maintain data integrity within Workday Recruiting and Phenom CRM.
Coordinate translation of documents guides and training materials to support accessibility and inclusivity.
4 Talent Brand Activation Support:
Monitor and manage the HUB Career Site inbox responding to general inquiries from candidates and external stakeholders.
Support digital recruitment campaigns designed to attract highquality talent.
Partner with the marketing team to enhance employer brand presence across digital platforms including social media job boards and company websites.
Track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns providing insights for continuous improvement.
5 General Support:
Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
Collaborate with team members to refine recruitment processes tools and resources.
Stay informed about trends in recruitment technology and talent branding to drive innovation and efficiency.
