Immediate opening for Quality Assurance (Direct role with leading FMCG Company)

Candidate must have the experience the following Skills
Experience in Food/Processing with Minimum 2 years.
Experience in online Quality operation & internal quality audits
Knowledge of quality and food safety requirement including FSMS
Shopfloor SAP
What are the Key Deliverables in this role
Tracking Cost of poor quality reporting executing the initiatives to reduce the same.
Take part in the RCA process executing the corrective actions and ensure the effectiveness is monitored.
Daily reporting of Quality KPI.
Responsible for ensuring food safety systems are in place.
Responsible for GMP and GHP in the unit.
Responsible for pest control calibration of critical equipment in the plant.
Ensuring Hygiene throughout the plant and personal hygiene.
Responsible for internal quality audits and coordinating with other stakeholders for the closure of the same.
Ensuring and conducting internal quality audits and closure of action points derived.
Ensures compliances during External Audit Management system.
Responsible for cocoordinating with customer departments like Quality Assurance Functional departments like Warehouse Engineering production EHS & HR departments for cross functional activities.
Responsible for SAP related activities in process quality function.
Should have good knowledge and responsible for preparing functional and system SOP.
Conducting training to the shop floor team on the process GMP and Food safety.
What are the Critical success factors for the Role
Graduate in science background preferably B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech or equivalent.
Experience in Food/Processing with Minimum 2 years.
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role
Knowledge of quality and food safety requirement including FSMS requirements RCA Training FSSAI & Legal metrology
Good quality and analytical capability
Proficiency if Excel Power Point & word. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
Good communication skills ability to grasp new concept and implement.
