Job Description

Position Summary
The Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management & Student Success is responsible for the overall administration guidance and support of the Office of Student Affairs in the College of Nursing. This person supervises a team comprised of professional and student workers to help execute all aspects of marketing recruitment enrollment admissions student support and retention. The Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management & Student Success will lead the development implementation and annual updating of the CON strategic enrollment and retention plan and is responsible for meeting annual enrollment goals. As part of their responsibilities this person engages in the Tripartite Mission of the CON as appropriate for their area of expertise.

Required Qualifications
Masters Degree required. The candidate will have at least five years of experience in higher education with at least three years of administrative experience. Must have experience in oversight of student services to include enrollment management student success marketing advising and career development.
