Job Description
An established eCommerce company is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all departments implement new systems and processes and drive operational efficiency. Experience with Sellercloud is required to optimize workflow and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments.
- Develop and implement efficient systems workflows and processes.
- Utilize Sellercloud to enhance operational performance.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure scalability and sustainability of operations as the company grows.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in eCommerce operations and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Sellercloud is required.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams and driving companywide initiatives.
