Location: Ideally based in Reutlingenor Munich. We offer aremote work option with willingness to travel to our headquarters and Customers as needed.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience: We are looking for someone who has a track record of success in sales. If youve worked in SaaS sales or have experience selling enterprise software thats a huge plus.
- Master of MultiStakeholder Sales: You know how to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across departments. Youre comfortable with complex budgeting and managing multiple moving parts.
- Pitching to the CLevel: You can confidently present and pitch solutions to executives and decisionmakers and drive discussions at the highest levels. If youre ready to bring your Agame lets talk!
- EndtoEnd Sales Expertise: Youve successfully driven the entire sales cycle using the MEDDIC Framework and know how to close deals. Ready to take full ownership of your sales pipeline
- Creating Value and Justifying Costs: You excel at building solid value propositions and effectively justifying costs to potential clients ensuring they understand the ROI theyll get.
- Exceptional Outbound Prospecting: If outbound sales is your strength and you thrive on finding and nurturing new leads this role is for you.
- Deep Industry Knowledge: You have handson experience with material compliance product sustainability and a solid understanding of industries like automotive electronics or discrete manufacturing.
- Fluent in German and English: You communicate effortlessly in both languages on a business level ensuring smooth interaction with international clients.
Your mission
- Prospect and Win New Business: Identify and prospect new logos uncover customer challenges and present tailored solutions from our iPoint solution portfolio to solve business problems.
- Lead the Full Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing with a focus on large deals and efficient sales cycles.
- Accurate Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Reliably forecast opportunities and manage a robust pipeline to consistently achieve your quota using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders including decisionmakers and executives ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leverage iPoints Ecosystem: Engage the full iPoint ecosystem to maximize value for clients and present our complete solution portfolio.
- Achieve and Exceed Targets: Maintain a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining a proactive sales approach.
- Manage LongTerm Client Partnerships: Develop lasting relationships across all levels securing longterm business success.
- Accurate CRM Management: Ensure accurate forecasting pipeline management and reporting within the companys CRM system.
