Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Head Project Solar Energy for our operations in Lucknow and Raipur. This is a midlevel fulltime role that requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing solar energy projects from planning through ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and contributing to the growth of our renewable energy portfolio.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within the solar energy sector.
- Strong expertise in solar energy systems including an understanding of site surveys and material requirements planning (MRP).
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team members.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to project management and .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools to track project progress and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct site surveys to assess project feasibility and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate material requirements planning (MRP) and manage procurement processes for project resources.
- Oversee the installation of solar energy systems ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and effective project .
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management highlighting project milestones and key achievements.
