Family Connections Clinician To provide structured goaloriented and time limited clinical services in the natural environment identified for families (Primarily in office however some inhome). This position works to assist family in achieving positive outcomes. in compliance with court orders as well as the Department of Child Services. This position will train and certify in many of the following evidencedbased practices: Family Centered Treatment TraumaFocused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Nurturing Parenting Parent Coordination Domestic Violence Services Batters Intervention Motivational Interviewing and best practices in reunification of children/families. Essential Functions - Provide a variety of therapeutic services to children/families including but limited to the following: crisis intervention intake/family assessment safety planning treatment planning providing activities/interventions to assist children/families in goal completion and aftercare planning to support children/families with reaching selfsufficiency.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with referrals sources (primarily the courts but also DCS Probation) foster parents guardian ad litem and/or CASA Volunteers to support the goals of the family.
- Implement effective tracking and monitoring systems to ensure quality outcomes for all children/families served on caseload.
- Provide thorough documentation including but not limited to the following: assessments clinical recommendations progress notes treatment planning.
- Effective implementation of all evidencedbased models utilized with children/families.
- To actively participate in building a strong peer supervisory team with fellow team mates to develop a high performing team for the regional office that you are assigned.
- Actively participate in supervisory expectations: including but not limited to the following: individual supervisions team meetings and staff trainings with the desire for professional growth.

- Requires the ability to occasionally lift office supplies materials and equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to drive as well as possess dependable transportation.
Expected Hours of Work Flexibility in hours is allowed must work to meet the needs of the families served. Will include evening and weekend work based on the caseload need. Required Education - Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related human service field.
- License Eligible in the state of Indiana: LMHC LMFT LCSW or on a licensure track upon graduation with appropriate degree.
