Our client is a boutique family law firm serving clients across North Carolinas Triangle region with offices in Durham Wake and Chatham Counties. Known for our integrity zealous advocacy and practical approach we are growingand were looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our expanding team in Cary NC. This is a more junior level position with huge growth opportunities. Our client has excellent tenure with its staff.

Description:
Were seeking a Family Law Attorney to primarily manage Wake County cases with occasional cases in neighboring counties. This role involves working closely with clients on issues including:
- Child custody
- Child and spousal support
- Equitable distribution
- Divorce and related matters
You will handle cases through negotiation mediation arbitration and litigation as needed. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive team and contribute meaningfully to our firms continued success.
Requirements:
- Licensed NC Attorney with a minimum of two years of family law experience. You must be barred in the state of North. Carolina
- Experienced litigator comfortable with courtroom proceedings
- Ideally you bring a book of business or are motivated to develop one
- Passion for family law and a commitment to client-centered representation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Interest in becoming (or already are) a Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law
