Construction Solicitor / Construction Associate
Location: Swansea
Salary:per annum (DOE)
We are looking for an ambitious Construction Solicitor to join our client a wellestablished and growing Construction team in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to work on highvalue cases in a leading national law firm with a strong reputation.
The Role
- Advise on a broad range of construction matters including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Work with contractors developers and investors on both public and private sector projects.
- Draft and review construction contracts including JCT and NEC agreements.
- Handle dispute resolution including adjudication arbitration and litigation.
- Provide strategic legal support on major UKwide infrastructure projects.
About You
- 4 years PQE with a focus on construction law.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and disputes.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads while delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development.
- A team player with a proactive and solutionsdriven approach.
