Millennium Lighting is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Operations Coordinator! The Sales job family merchandises promotes and sells the companys products and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; managing existing customer and vendor relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls regarding Millennium Lighting and RP Lighting orders and concerns
- Resolution via email order entry or phone call
- Using multiple systems to enter orders while obtaining resolutions
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide tailored assistance and resolve issues effectively
- Assisting with other methods or line of business according to the business needs
- Performing according to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the business
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries
- Collaborating with ither departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
- Knowledge of products to allow us to effectively answer our customers questions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior call center experience with inbound and outbound calls along with responding to emails effectively is preferred
- Industry experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to act with compassion and empathy
- Ability to maintain a high level of professional communication at all levels
- Able to handle multiple systems at once to gain an effective resolution for our customers

Pay Range:
$19.47 $31.74Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
