Shift C: Monday Thursday Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Shift D: Thursday Sunday Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Job Summary
We are hiring three Warehouse Operations Supervisors to oversee daily warehouse activities during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for managing warehouse staff ensuring timely shipping and receiving and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who is fluent in both Korean and English and can manage fast-paced operations efficiently.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all warehouse activities during your assigned shift (receiving picking packing shipping etc.)
Lead and support warehouse staff ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Monitor inventory levels and report any issues or shortages
Enforce warehouse safety policies and ensure compliance at all times
Communicate shift updates and handovers to the next team
Track daily attendance and performance of warehouse staff
Handle questions or concerns from customers or their representatives
Suggest improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
Provide shift-specific reports and share important updates with management
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Experience using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Must be fluent in Korean and English
