Primarily supervises front deskteam members to ensure monitoring an efficient operation for producing effectivefeedback to colleagues and guest satisfaction. Displays a professional andcourteous manner to all employees arriving departing inhouse guest byproviding anticipatory service.
Front Office Supervisor inspiresmotivates guides and oversees the team while sharing knowledge to the frontoffice associates. Is responsible for ensuring hotel charges processeddiligently to guests accounts invoices are accurate direct billing and billinginstructions are verified. Front Office Supervisor will ensure that all guestsare satisfied and display excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage online phone and inperson room reservations.
Welcome guests checkin checkout distributeroom keys and explain the hotels amenities.
Billing collect a method of payment fromcustomers guest ledger pending charges.
Respond to guests issues and complaints in afriendly and timely manner.
Explain local amenities and attractions toguests.
Work with other staff members/departments toensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any specialclient needs.
Arrange specialized amenities for arrivals andVIP guest.
Liaison between Front Office and Valet.
Monitoring (PMS) Mews (ReservationsAvailability Room Status Billing)
Provide detailed Training to front desk team
Oversee the Front Office team.
