Job Description

Summary

The Legal Recruiting Intern provides administrative support to the Director of Legal Recruiting and other Legal Recuiting team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the Duties and Responsibilities (Duties) above satisfactorily and meet the requirements below. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge skill and/or ability required.   • Meets and greets candidates.
  • Acts as a point of contact for attorneys summer associates and incoming associates via phone email and inperson.
  • Assists with pulling reports and data entry into our recruiting and work allocation database.
  • Assists with project management through our recruiting and work allocation database.
  • Assists with creating and editing marketing and event materials.
  • Collects and files summer associate transcripts and other documents for personnel files.
  • Assists in the collection of candidate materials to be uploaded to our recruiting database.
  • Keeps track of inventory of marketing materials for recruiting purposes.
  • Tracks summer program and recruiting expenses.
  • Assists in coordinating training programs events and lunches for the summer program which tasks include but are not limited to: ordering lunches creating and organizing nametags emailing attendees about dietary restrictions tracking RSVPs creating calendar invitations and booking conference rooms.
  • Is able to work overtime during periods of heavy workload and attend summer events when necessary. Flexibility is required in the daily work schedule to accommodate lawyer and general Firm requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors including but not limited to the relevant market skills experience and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section. This role is not eligible for benefits.
