What is a Hungry Sales Associate
A sales associate works closely with customers to determine their needs answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solutions. A hungry sales associate can make a difference in your business. We are looking for indivuals who are teachable driven have a strong work ethic and are serious about working.
Experience is a plus but not required. Wehave team leaders here to help teach you everything you need to be successful.To be successful as a Sales Associate you should stay uptodate with product features and maintain our stores visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the stores sales goals.

Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
- include working closely with customers to determine their needs
- answer their questions about your products
- recommend the right solutions.
- promptly resolve customer complaints
- ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers in store online & outside of dealership
- Cross sell products
- Team up with coworkers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
Sales Associate Skills:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Familiarity with accessories
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- follow up with customers
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Being Bilingual is a plus
