Job Description
Were currently seeking a Learning Business Partner to join our Headquarters team!
The Training Team is seeking a qualified Learning Business Partner to help us create outstanding learning and development solutions. The ideal candidate will be a selfmotivated creative individual with an expertlevel understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning theory and a passion for learning teaching and impacting business outcomes. With guidance and input from the Director Learning and Development the Learning Business Partner will collaborate with SMEs and teammates to create implement and manage a variety of training and development initiatives.
What you will do:
- Own the field operations development programs from needs analysis stage to management and of training
- Guide stakeholders in identifying root causes for business problems and ideate corresponding solutions that drive outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement talent development processes that support career pathing within Misters career framework
- Develop measurable solutions track progress and revise as needed
- Create solutions that adhere to instructional design principles of course alignment and clear measurable learning and performance objectives
- Commission digital and print training materials for inhouse developed content to meet curricular needs
- Stay updated on learning and development best practice and trends and critically evaluate practices that foster L&D innovation
- Consistently manage own project timelines and meet deadlines
How you will shine:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Instructional Technology Education or a related field
- 5 years of experience in corporate learning & development
- Expertlevel understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Ability to provide effective feedback on training materials
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple easytounderstand language and instruction
- Experience using eLearning authoring software (Articulate 360 Suite preferred) to develop online courses for an LMS environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail with a high degree of quality and accuracy
- Ability to adjust priorities and adapt to change
- Willingness to work in the field as need to gather information and collaborate with SMEs
