GHP is hiring a Financial Analyst based in Pittsburgh PA. This is a home officebased Financial Analyst reports to the Manager of Finance and provides support in calculating monthly financial results and analysis to maintain/optimize instrumental in forecasting and budgeting process.
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Economics required
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in reporting accounting and financial analysis
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Accounting/GAAP knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Knowledge of SQL and Great Plains is a plus
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced dynamic environment

- Verify cash payments from vendors are in accordance with contract terms and provide internal reporting on payments
- Assist in Providing financial info by client to be entered Great Plains via uploads and journal entries
- Maintain cash flow projections to provide to corporate partners
- Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations
- Assist in providing financial information to the external auditors
- Assist in the budget & reforecast process
- Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system
- Evaluate profitability at the client level
- Prepare review and distribute monthly reporting internally
- Develop maintain and distribute adhoc reports and financial models as needed

- Must be able to speak the English language in an understandable manner
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
