We are seeking a Pharmacy Resident to:
- Provide evidencebased medication therapy management services.
- Collaborate with other providers to assure drug therapy is safe effective efficient and costeffective.
- Manage and improve the medicationuse process.
- Exercise leadership and practice management skills.

Qualifications
- PharmD degree or equivalent experience Required
Work Experience
- Prior pharmacy related work experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 180 Days Required
- Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) within 180 Days Required
