Contract : 12 months

Overview of this position:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter on contract) to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in fullcycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing
screening and hiring top talent across various lines of business within the organization. This
role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable
of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards social
media networking events and employee referrals.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for
specific roles.
Coordinate and manage the interview process including scheduling feedback
collection and offer negotiation.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and
selection.
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
(ATS) Greenhouse
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring
needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements and effectively collaborate
to help close the position
Market Intelligence stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
and talent acquisition.
Regularly update the trackers and internal records
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an
employer of choice.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Engineering or
related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on fullcycle recruiting.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics to track and measure
effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with
diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Greenhouse Goodtimes Gem Workday preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Recognized recruitment certification is a plus.
