New York Institute of Technology seeks an Associate Director for the Office of the Dean at the College of Osteopathic Medicine located on the Long Island (Old Westbury NY) campus.
Work with Principle Investigators (PI) on postaward grants for the COM in OW & Arkansas. Manage expenses & positions & ensure budgets are spent appropriately.
Monitor collaborative agreement expenses associated with grants.
Manage the grant budget & review expenditures & monitor spending in each budget line.
Provide reports to PIs with grant expenditures & balances.
Create database for contracts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
A Bachelors Degree is required.
Budgeting and financial experience is required; grant experience is preferred.
Must have strong EXCEL and computer skills.
Must have knowledge of Oracle and Data Warehouse.
Must have excellent communications skills and ability to work independently.
