Job Description
Five Star Physician Services is a progressive multispecialty medical practice that provides innovative clinical leadership to subacute rehabilitative and palliative care settings. Our professionals provide quality patient care and strive to create effective partnerships and alliances with the medical community.
We are currently seeking to employ a Part Time Adult/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide oncall services for our postacute locations in Maryland and Virginia. As our oncall Nurse Practitioner you will be a part of our caring team of NPs who are responsible for fielding calls from home Monday Thursday from 7p 8a and on weekends from Friday 5p until Monday 8a. This is a crucial part of our care continuity requiring full attention to handle the complexity and call volume.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in the Post acute / Long Term Care a plus
Maryland Board licensure
Federal DEA certification
Experience with geriatric patients preferred

Job Type: Parttime
Salary: $40.00 $45.00/hour
