HIRING NOW: BILLING COORDINATOR
Are you a detailoriented professional with a passion for customer service and strong communication skills Were looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team! Youll play a key role in managing accounts receivable ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate billing records. If youre highly motivated organized and ready for an exciting opportunity in billing and customer service we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly and accurately
- Post customer payments to accounts and ensure proper recordkeeping
- Organize and file deposit receipts as payments are processed
- Generate reports on delinquent accounts and track customer payment profiles
- Reconcile cash receipts and deposits on a regular basis
- Analyze financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) or accounting role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office QuickBooks and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelors or Associates degree in finance/accountingrelated is a plus
