Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with the release cycle of software or system updates.
- Ensure that new features patches or improvements are correctly integrated and deployed.
- Work closely with development QA and operations teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Monitor the system after the release for performance bugs and necessary improvements.
- Focus on maintaining and enhancing existing systems rather than designing them from scratch.
- Handle incident management and may work to ensure that enhancements meet user needs.
*Position is contingent upon Spring 2025 award*
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
- BA/BS and 8 years of experience; Masters and 6 years of experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Expertise in release management processes and tools.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of version control testing and deployment automation.
- Communication and coordination skills for crossteam collaboration.
Desired
- Relevant certifications related to job function (CRM DevOps CSM ITIL CompTIA Project)
