Were on the lookout for an Area Cleaning Manager to oversee the safe efficient and highquality delivery of services across multiple customer sites in the Manchester area. This is a diverse handson role where youll support frontline teams ensure we exceed service expectations and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead & Inspire:Motivate develop and support cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.
Manage Efficiently: Oversee recruitment employee relations and team performance while fostering a positive cohesive work environment.
Ensure Service Excellence: Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites.
Monitor Budgets & Payroll: Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Build Relationships: Be the goto person for customers and employees ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Champion Best Practices: Maintain cleaning plans troubleshoot issues and think on your feet in a fastmoving environment.

Industry experience Great! If you have experience managing contracts/accounts in cleaning or support services thats a plus but if you have strong leadership and operational skills we want to hear from you!
Full UK Driving License required as youll be travelling across multiple sites.
