- Youll regular deliver reports regarding the regions performance to the department center
- Youll manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors installers and end users
- Youll deliver technical training create online courses and documentation
- Youll do onsite troubleshooting with the partner success manager
- Youll do presales customer visits with the key account manager

What will you need to be successful
- Fluency in both English and one Nordic language (Swedish Danish or Finnish)
- Degree in electrical engineering or an electrician background
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced multicultural environment
What can make you an ideal candidate
- 2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV / ESS or O&M
- Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
