Under the direction of the Operations Manager the incumbent provides daytoday coordination for all operations related to the Parking & Transportation Services (PTS) front office student scheduling and timesheet approval. Supports PTS administrative activities and coordinates student assistant processing hiring orientation and training.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Proficient in customer operating systems including Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Email. Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to coordinate projects and setup meetings. Excellent written communication skills including the ability to accurately enter data. Excellent organization skills: ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities for effective and timely completion of work assignments. Ability to coordinate and process a wide variety of operational tasks. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Ability to work in an environment that entails the safekeeping of confidential information. Demonstrated ability to independently and proactively research problems and recommend appropriate solutions to the Operations Manager or Director of PTS. Proficient in computer operating systems including Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Email (Outlook preferred). Experience with automated systems preferred (PeopleSoft preferred). Ability to supervise students facilitate training and coordinate scheduling.
Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies procedures and guidelines including but not limited to safety civility information security and nondiscrimination policies and procedures. Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student and assist in achieving the universitys commitment to a vision of excellence.

Compensation
Salary placement is determined by the education experience and qualifications the candidate brings to the position internal equity and the hiring departments fiscal resources.
CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $4058 $6653 per month.
