Job Description
KCARC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Residential Services team. Our Residential Services team is focused on improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. We work with each individual and family with the goal of living as independently as possible.
This is a Fulltime position. Evening & Overnight shifts are available. Some shifts require weekend availability.
As a DSP you will:
Support participants with developmental goals
Assist people with their personal hygiene and
Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- One year experience working with participants with developmental disabilities and
- three years of driving experience is preferred
