CommercialPlumber at Sunstate Mechanical Services
Shift: Monday Fridays 8am4:30pm (Some Saturdays dependent on job site)
Hourly Rate: $25$45(DOE)
Location: Office Location is2507 W. Erie Dr. Suite 103 Tempe AZ 85282.This job does require travelling across the greater Phoenix Area (sites will vary based on the job)
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- You must be eligible to work in the U.S
- You must be able to pass a drug test.
- You must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check.
- For safety reasons you must be able to speak English.
- You must have your own tool kit.
- A preemployment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Duties:
As you might expect plumbing and customer serviceis at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:
- Install repair and maintain pipes for carrying water sewage gas and other liquids for industrial and commercial facilities.
- Maintain repair and install sinks toilets and other plumbing fixtures as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals.
- Unclogging stopped up sinks and fixing pipes that dont allow water to flow freely in addition to possibly working on or with Hot Water Heaters.
- Effectively communicate with clients installers dispatchers and managers as needed.
- This position will primarily be with construction with the ability to move into the service department.
- Responsible for teaching apprentices.
- Additional duties as required
