Rotating Monthly Schedule or Straight Night Schedule!
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Work Conditioning Specialist you will:
- Lead group exercise classes to physically prepare manufacturing employees for work on the production floor and to promote overall health and wellness.
- Provide proactive injury prevention and early symptom intervention in line with OSHA standards.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and make recommendations to prevent musculoskeletal conditions.
- Work closely with manufacturing employees to assess injury risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess risks and implement ergonomic solutions.
- Ensure the work environment maximizes employee comfort safety and productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide valuable feedback for continuous health improvements.
- Create and provide key metric reports to leadership client partners and operations management.

What Youll need:
- A Bachelors degree in Exercise Science Exercise Physiology Kinesiology or another related field such as Physical Therapist Assistant Health & Wellness Health Promotion Human Performance Public Health or Physical Education
- CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
