You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist youll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy. Youll design build and optimize complex automated workflows across email and inproduct messaging focusing on personalization and operational efficiency. Youll play a critical role in our Marketo migration and beyond ensuring our automation programs are highperforming and compliant.
What Youll Do:
Master Marketo: Be our goto expert for Marketo building and managing sophisticated automation campaigns.
Craft Customer Journeys: Develop datadriven personalized automation strategies across the customer lifecycle.
Integrate & Optimize: Seamlessly connect our automation platforms with Salesforce and other key tools and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and quality assurance.
Collaborate & Educate: Work closely with crossfunctional teams and empower others with automation best practices.
5 years of experience managing complex automated workflows for email and IPM.
Strong understanding of CRM integration (Salesforce) and data management.
Proficiency in segmentation tools like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Experience with HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting and dynamic content creation.
A passion for data driven marketing.
A track record of driving measurable results.
A portfolio that showcases your successful automation strategies.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific inoffice schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
