The Technical Trainer will develop and deliver engaging inperson and virtual training material on PagerDuty products and practices to existing customers. In this role you will collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to create course outlines and course content and then deliver them to our clients. The Technical Trainer will also be responsible for reviewing existing content in conjunction with student feedback and working with team members to identify areas for improvement. The goal of the individual in this role is to ensure successful management of assigned training sessions that result in product adoption and position PagerDuty as a leader in the Operations Cloud space.

The base salary range for this position isCAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus commission equity and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range which is subject to change based on primary work location reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills/competencies and experience.
