About the Role
Magnas Financial Reporting Systems department is currently responsible for the management and support of the OneStream suite of applications used by Magnas global finance users to prepare and present consolidated financial information for both internal and external users.
This position will join the team responsible for the administration of Magnas OneStream Consolidation Month End Close and Planning Budgeting and Forecasting applications.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage integrations data quality processes and metadata updates from source ERP systems to OneStream.
- Implement OneStream reports dashboards and system changes/enhancements in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity security and SOX compliant controls coordinating with auditors as needed.
- Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical and functional support for OneStream applications to end users.
- Ensure timely project completion and deliver critical objectives.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial/systems analyst roles preferably as a financial systems administrator/manager. OneStream knowledge preferred.
- University degree in Accounting Finance or IT (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience managing OneStream Consolidation Month End Close and Planning Budget and Forecasting applications.
- Familiarity with multiple sources of EPM data integrations and knowledge of SQL and VB is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and comfortable working with complex financial data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills detailoriented organized and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
