Job Title: Account Director
Description: We are hiring for our client Northern Irelands largest commercial insurance intermediary and part of a leading global insurance firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide professional insurance services and advice to corporate and commercial clients contributing to new business targets. The successful candidate will possess strong account management skills essential for client satisfaction and retention.

The Role:
- Provide timely accurate and compliant advice and customer service to a range of valuable client accounts.
- Sell valueadded products and services including PCL and risk management services.
- Support teammates by identifying training needs offering mentorship and helping achieve team targets and development goals.
- Produce MI reports and additional client insights for senior management as required.
- Proactively analyse and advise on process improvement initiatives for the team and business as a whole.

The Person:
- Established insurance professional with at least three years of experience as an account director manager or senior executive.
- Demonstrated track record of success and willingness to continue learning and developing within a global firm.
- Confident communicator with a professional network already established in the local business community.
- CII accreditation is a distinct advantage.
