Job Description

Whitman Laboratories Ltd is a manufacturing facility of the Estee Lauder Companies in the UK. It embeds modern innovation and technology to produce many leading skincare and fragrance products for the number one prestige beauty company. An exciting opportunity to become an important part of the Learning and Development Team offering career progression to the right candidate.

As an Apprentice your duties are to include;

Conduct Induction training for new starters.
Order training supplies and materials.
Support with the issue of documents for delivering training

Full Company induction and ongoing onthejob training provided.

Smart Training will provide a nationally recognized Learning and Development Practitioner at Level 3 Apprenticeship.

On completion of the Apprenticeship a full time position maybe offered on completion of the Apprenticeship and a satisfactory probationary period.

Requirements

You will occasionally work in a manufacturing environment duties would be conducted in a standing position some lifting involved the environment is sometimes noisy and warm and you could be working in the presence of machinery.
