What You Will Do:
- Lead projects for implementing manufacturing strategies for new Neurosurgical products.
- Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time in scope in quality and on budget.
- Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks imploring PMBOK techniques.
- Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time.
- Collaborate closely with R&D production and suppliers to understand endcustomer needs and ensure successful project implementation.
- Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance.
- Mentor and coach other Project Managers.
What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 6 years of postgrad work experience
- 4 years of Project Management experience
- PMP or equivalent preferred
