Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Avenel NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule
- 1st shift: 8:30AM 5PM
Pay Rate
- $18 / hour
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company. Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from consumers to respond to questions participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best assist patrons.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases
- Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Determining the quickest most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
- Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
- Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
Job Requirements
- MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish (read and write)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Computer skills(WORD EXCEL etc.
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to deal well with change and ambiguity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- 24 years experience in similar role willing to train the right individual
