Job Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships & Product Integration

Primary Work Location: remote from your home address with regular regional area travel to visit customers and occasional travel to/from sales/marketing/customer events and training/QBRs in the Houston Texas headquarters.

Start Date: Immediately

Type: Fulltime salary exempt employment

Department: Product

Report to: Chief Product Officer

Direct Reports: No

Travel Required: Yes up to 30

Compensation: Base salary plus annual discretionary bonus


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships & Product Integration to lead our efforts in building and managing strategic alliances that enhance our product offerings. This role will be pivotal in driving collaboration with key partners to ensure seamless integration of products and services ultimately contributing to our growth and success. A key success factor for this position will be the years of experience you bring from your past experience in the ground transportation industry in North America. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic partnership strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectives.

Identify negotiate and manage relationships with potential partners to enhance product integration and market reach.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development marketing and sales to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Lead and mentor a team of professionals fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

**MUST have prior experience in the ground trucking and transportation industry in North America to qualify for this position.**

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of proven experience in strategic partnership development and product integration.
  • Product marketing experience.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and projects.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Poject and program management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM solution



Salary Description
$150000 to $185000 base salary
