Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator. Join our team today!
Schedule: MondayFriday 3:00pm11:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr. PLUS Monthly Incentive Bonus
Responsibilities
As a General Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator you will:
- Safely operate a standup forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
- Use technology like RF and Voice devices to pick sort scan and prepare orders.
- Build wrap sort and transport pallets and packages.
- Accurately and timely receive verify stage and stock all incoming material.
- Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
- Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean safe and accident free.
- Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies procedures and requirements
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 03 years Warehouse experience in shipping receiving delivery or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable in a fast paced changing environment.
- Positive demeanor dependability and strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail.
- Selfstarter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range:
$15.00 $22.61Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
