Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to join our dynamic team at Zones this role you will be responsible for leading a team of financial analysts and building out our financial partnerships across the business. This will entail close interactions with sales operations marketing legal and senior leadership teams amongst various other areas of the business in order to drive business growth and identify / execute value creation opportunities. Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating value and positioning our company as a leader in the IT solutions market.
What youll do as the Manager FP&A:

- Develop and maintain annual budget and quarterly reforecasts including streamlining the budgeting process
- Preparing financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis
- Managing and overseeing the daytoday operations of the financial planning team
- Work closely with the business units and Accounting team to develop PnL reporting and forecasts
- Deal structuring and pricing models for our services organization
- Closely collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide pricing insights and strategies
- Perform variance analysis on actuals to forecast and provide actionable insights to the business based on variance analysis
- Assist financial reporting team during monthend close for accuracy and completeness of information
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and assess pricing performance including revenue margin and customer satisfaction metrics
- Preparing financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis
- Prepare external board materials and other deliverables
- Provide assistance on adhoc projects
What you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in business Finance Economics or related field
- 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role supporting sales organizations preferably in an IT solutions or technologyfocused environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with superior attention to detail; expertise with Excel and ability to use complex formulas and large data sets VBA knowledge would be considered an asset
- Prior experience working with Workday Adaptive financial planning needed
- Prior management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in collaboration with crossfunctional teams including sales operations marketing legal and senior leadership teams
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Passion for solving challenging and impactful problems with ability to get into the weeds and understand the drivers of the business
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop financial models forecasts and trend analyses
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in datadriven decisionmaking and competitive intelligence
- Prior background and experience performing financial analyses for M&A related projects would be strongly preferred
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $140000 $162000.
