We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our HR onboarding team and support employees throughout their tenure. The HR Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies state and federal regulations handling escalations with provider partners and assisting with administrative HR tasks payroll processing and tax documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Oversight and HR Support:
- Oversee and lead the HR onboarding team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Assist team members with HRrelated questions and provide necessary support.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues with provider partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies as well as state and federal labor laws.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
Administrative Support:
- Support payrollrelated processes tax documentation and other administrative HR functions.
- Provide support for employees regarding W4 and W9 forms including completion and updates.
- Handle requests for termination letters and employment verification promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR experience preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance payroll and employee relations.
- Excellent problemsolving leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage escalations and interact professionally with provider partners.
- Proficiency in HR software payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
Salary: $65K$80K
