Guardian is seeking a Group Benefits Client Management Market Leader (CMML) who is responsible for driving profitable growth achieving persistency goals and managing renewal targets with our highest value brokers. The role will cover groups of 22000 lives. The Client Management leader will do this by leading coaching and developing a high performing team. This role will report to the Head of Client Management West Region.
The CMML will work closely with leadership and internal partners to leverage data when delivering on Guardians promise to inspire wellbeing managing top and bottomline growth strategies and identifying opportunities to increase broker value. Success of this role will be largely dependent on creating a high performing team that is successful at building internal and external relationships and achievement of results within the assigned territory.

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education experience knowledge and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary this role may also be eligible for annual sales or other incentive compensation.
