Job Description
Description of the role:
Mark Sweeney Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Advanced Service Technician to join our team in Cincinnati Ohio. In this role you will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles ensuring highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
- Perform advanced maintenance tasks including engine and transmission repairs
- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide accurate estimates
- Follow proper procedures and safety protocols while working on vehicles
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete repair orders
- Keep uptodate with the latest automotive technologies and advancements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Advanced Service Technician or similar role
- Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems components and repairs
- Detailoriented and able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- ASE certification is preferred
