As a Seasonal Chef de Partie youll be an integral part of our kitchen team helping us deliver highquality locally sourced seafood dishes to our guests. Were looking for someone with passion and energy to help us make every dining experience special.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Running your section of the kitchen during service ensuring that our seafood dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Supporting the Fisheries Team in maintaining consistent food quality and cleanliness.
• Helping to mentor junior kitchen staff sharing your knowledge and experience.
• Assisting in the preparation of daily specials and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience.

Our Story
Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975 and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England plus hotel rooms cookery schoolshopsand an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business as are their three sons EdJackand Charlie.

Steins Fisheries opened in 2012 selling fresh fish shellfish and preprepared seafood dishes as well as lobsters crabs fishcakes seafood salads salmon prawn and crab sandwiches. Recently a casual seafood bar was introduced to sit alongside our fish counter where customers can tuck into some of the best seafood from our shores and some of Ricks favourite wines.
