About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Program Manager to join our Product organization. This role is responsible for defining monitoring and executing software delivery plans ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to identify dependencies remove roadblocks and drive .

Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight &
- Serve as the central point of contact for all aspects of a projecttracking progress identifying next steps and anticipating challenges.
- Maintain and enforce clear timelines dependencies and escalation processes to ensure seamless .
- Translate complex project dependencies into concise actionable status updates for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and bottlenecks resolving them before they become issues.
Process & Documentation
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) reporting structures and process documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
- Establish best practices for program improving efficiency and repeatability.
- Drive continuous process refinement gathering insights from internal teams to enhance project delivery.
Communication & CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Provide clear audiencespecific project updates ensuring alignment at multiple levels of resolution.
- Act as a bridge between engineering marketing and internal stakeholders ensuring clear expectations and against shared goals.
- Foster accountability within teams ensuring deliverables are met without direct managerial oversight.
Tooling & Implementation
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira Trello and others to organize and track work effectively.
- Oversee testing feedback collection and rollout of new product capabilities.
- Ensure thorough documentation and internal testing before feature releases.

Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in technical program management or digital product delivery.
- Strong process documentation skills with a proven ability to create clear structured playbooks.
- Expertise in Jira Trello and other project management tools.
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority driving progress and alignment.
- Demonstratedproblemsolving mindset proactively identifying and resolving obstacles.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $175000 $235000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to affordability skills qualifications and experience and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary employees may also be eligible for annual performancebased incentive compensation awards and equity among other company benefits.
