About the position

Are you a strategic leader passionate about planning excellence transformation and team development We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Director Supply Chain Planning & Development to lead the evolution of our integrated planning processes and drive lasting impact across our global supply chain. As Director of Supply Chain Planning and Development you will be responsible for designing implementing and continuously improving planning processes across all company sites. Your work will ensure efficient operations improved forecasting accuracy and effective decision-making based on data and performance metrics. This is a key leadership role where youll lead high-impact transformation projects build scalable and standardized supply chain practices and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in operations procurement finance and commercial teams to ensure alignment and deliver on our strategic objectives. Success in this role means leading change building capability and inspiring excellence throughout the organization.
Location: Espoo Stockholm or Mlnlycke.
