The Location
Rosebrook a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Its a beautiful home with a great team and General Manager.
The Job
- To provide high quality safe and timely contemporary personal care assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity selfdetermination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with selfcare needs safe mobility and transfers and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

Monday and Tuesday AM and PM shifts.
Monday to Thursday Night Shifts
Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check provide proof of Flu & COVID19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents individual needs. Together with residents healthcare partners and families our teams deliver best practice care with the highest standards of safety clinical practice and governance.
