Compensation: $17.00/hr to $20.00/hr depending on attitude and experience

Job Summary:Leasing Agentsare responsible for selling apartments and keeping apartments occupied. Agents are also responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times managing and publishing daily marketing conducting tours and consultations Prompt followup and follow through on prospect and applicants.
Qualifications:
- Positive How can I help attitude
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Generally prefer 1year related experience; prefer Sales experience
- Must enjoy interacting with people
- Committed to providing Exceptional customer experience
- Personable engagingability to develop rapport quickly
- Genuinely curious about customer needs

Although a leasing background is preferred it is not required. We are willing to train and assist team members that exhibit the ability and motivation to learn and absorb information quickly.
