We are seeking a Fresher for the position of Assistant Professor/Senior Resident in Pediatrics at Dr. Moopens Medical College in Wayanad. This is a fulltime employment opportunity designed for individuals with up to one year of experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in pediatrics with a strong focus on delivering child healthcare services efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Strong patient care skills emphasizing empathy and effective communication with both children and their guardians (Mandatory skill).
- Experience or capacity for engaging in medical research aiding in the advancement of pediatric healthcare solutions (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to conduct clinical teaching facilitating a learning environment for medical students and junior staff.
- Understanding of child development providing insights into pediatric growth patterns and related healthcare needs.
- Holding a degree in MBBS fundamental to launching a successful career in the medical field.
- Certified qualifications such as DNB or MD demonstrating specialized knowledge in pediatrics or related fields.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a clinical team contributing to comprehensive healthcare solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering quality pediatric care to patients ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols.
- Conduct medical research aimed at improving pediatric healthcare services and patient outcomes.
- Engage in clinical teaching responsibilities mentoring medical students and junior residents.
- Participate in clinical rounds contributing to multidisciplinary discussions and patient care strategies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of pediatric patients.
- Provide guidance on child development issues advising parents and caregivers as needed.
- Contribute to departmental meetings presenting research findings and case studies.
