Overview
Antcom part of Hexagon Group specializes in quickturn customized design of highquality antenna products. We excel in designing developing and manufacturing products for a variety of industries including aerospace defense marine agriculture and space.
This position requires an experienced strategic leader and visionary Antenna Product Manager. Reporting to the VP of Product you will be part of the team thatdefines and brings to market critical antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning navigation timing and communication applications.
Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Torrance California.
Responsibilities
As Antenna Product Manager you will be responsible for:
- Long term vision strategy and multi generation roadmap for Hexagon antenna roadmap for existing and new applications and customers
- Working with the sales and business development team to develop a common strategy of the antenna portfolio to maximize the value proposition of Hexagons Antcom and NovAtel antenna products across numerous vertical markets
- Creation and evaluation of business plan and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets
- Owning the antenna portfolio strategy and roadmaps and responsible for presenting business cases in front of executive leaders
- Acting as the representative of the enduser for roadmap definition within the company
Defining requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies - Working with crossfunctional teams to develop and bring to the market the most innovative antenna portfolio
- Go to market strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral
- Gather the information and get agreements among company stakeholder for business models product positioning and pricing strategy
- Analyze and report key portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions
- Evaluate competitive products and technology trends
- Accountable for the success of new product launches
- National and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needs
- Represent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences
Qualifications
MustHave:
- Degree in Business Engineering or related technical field
- 5 years of product management experience preferable with a hardware focus
- Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) must be US Persons per ITAR 120.15 and EAR 772.1 (i.e. a U.S. citizen U.S. permanent resident or admitted to the U.S. as an asylee or refugee) or be otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government to access controlled information

Compensation & Benefits
Hexagons Autonomy & Positioning division provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits. This compensation range is based on a fulltime schedule. The Company reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range or offer other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local state or federal law. Our benefits and bonus plans are reviewed annually and are subject to change at the companys discretion.
Hiring Salary Range: $87100 $139400 per annum
Bonus Eligibility: We offer a company profit share and individual incentivebased bonus programs.
