Job Description
For engineering services in the manufacturing area.

The Technical Part:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering and two 2 years of exposure in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Project Management skills.
- Shift: Second 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM) and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Change Management
- of EQPs Redaction of Quality Protocols and Investigations
- Manufacturing environment
- Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting
- FDA GMP and ISO guidelines and Statistical Techniques

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The daytoday on the job)
- Daily support to manufacturing activities to meet established goals and KPI metrics.
- Accountable for the equipment maintenance setups & troubleshoot.
- Accountable to update and maintain manufacturing process to current practices and accountable for continuous improvement projects and financial analysis.
- Responsible of equipment and process qualifications and approval.Support or lead product introduction activities from planning to implementation phase.
- Responsible to provide necessary information to maintain appropriate spare parts inventory.
- Reviews and monitors results of nonconforming product to identify causes implements controls to eliminate causes and assesses the success of the controls.
- Ensure compliance with all Abbott procedures and all applicable regulatory agency requirements.
- Inspection and evaluation of finished products to ensure they meet established quality specifications and standards.
- Supervision and control of production processes to ensure they are carried out according to quality standards.
- Conduct process equipment installation/operational/performance qualification studies to test their functionality.
- Support the evaluation of Change Controls andValidation life cycle.
