As a DutchSpeaking Call Centre Agent you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and the ability to work in a fastpaced customer service environment. You will be expected to manage calls emails and chats while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
